Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Client Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional communication skills, a passion for digital marketing, and a knack for building strong, trust-based relationships. The Client Account Manager will act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, aligning services with client goals to deliver outstanding results.
In this role, you’ll get to own:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor.
- Proactively communicate updates, reports, and insights to clients to showcase progress and results.
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into actionable PPC strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams to execute campaigns that align with client objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
- Provide strategic recommendations to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and campaign successes.
- Use data-driven analysis to recommend next steps and showcase value.
Team Collaboration:
- Act as the voice of the client within the organization, ensuring their needs are met.
- Partner with the PPC specialists and marketing teams to align on campaign execution and strategy.
- Work with leadership to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
What we’re looking for:
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.
- Strong understanding of PPC campaigns, Google Ads, and digital marketing principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, WhatConverts, or similar platforms.
