Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Graphic Designer with a passion for creating compelling visuals that capture attention and drive conversions. This role requires a mix of creativity, technical expertise, and an understanding of design’s role in digital marketing. As a Graphic Designer, you’ll collaborate with our team to produce high-quality designs that align with our clients’ goals and enhance their brand presence.
In this role, you’ll get to own:
Design Creation:
- Develop visually compelling graphics for digital campaigns, including display ads, social media posts, landing pages, and more.
- Create and optimize designs for various platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Design engaging infographics, banners, and promotional materials that drive user engagement.
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into impactful designs.
- Partner with PPC specialists and content strategists to ensure designs complement messaging and drive conversions.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall design strategy.
Optimization & Innovation:
- Stay updated on design trends and implement innovative ideas to elevate client campaigns.
- Optimize visuals for performance, ensuring fast load times and platform compatibility.
- Use analytics and feedback to refine designs and improve campaign outcomes.
What we’re looking for:
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Experience designing for digital platforms, including display ads, social media, and websites.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, particularly for digital campaigns.
- Familiarity with basic HTML and CSS is a plus but not required.
Personal Qualities:
- Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent time-management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
