Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-oriented PPC Campaign Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of client campaigns. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with a proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns. As a key member of our team, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their goals and use data-driven strategies to maximize their return on investment.


In this role, you’ll get to own:

Campaign Management & Strategy:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media networks.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to target the most effective terms for each campaign.
  • Create and test ad copy and landing pages to maximize click-through rates and conversions.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to achieve client goals and exceed KPIs.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to refine ad performance and improve results.

Client Collaboration:

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing regular updates and insights.
  • Develop and present detailed campaign performance reports, showcasing ROI and key learnings.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and align campaigns accordingly.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with designers, content strategists, and other team members to execute cohesive campaigns.
  • Share insights and best practices to improve agency-wide performance.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior PPC specialists.

What we’re looking for:

Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and WhatConverts.
  • Deep understanding of campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, Quality Score, and ROI.
  • Experience in creating and optimizing landing pages is a plus.

  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
