Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and creative Web Developer to design, build, and maintain user-friendly, high-performing websites for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of web development, a passion for clean and efficient code, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless digital experiences. You’ll play a key role in creating and maintaining websites that align with our clients’ marketing goals and drive business success.

In this role, you’ll get to own:

Website Development & Maintenance:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites that deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, scalability, and mobile responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues to ensure optimal performance.

Collaboration & Project Management:

• Work closely with designers, content strategists, and PPC specialists to align website functionality with marketing goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Provide technical support to clients, addressing website-related inquiries and updates.

Optimization & Innovation:

• Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and performance.
• Integrate tracking tools and analytics to measure user engagement and site effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with the latest web development trends and technologies, applying them to improve our offerings.

What we’re looking for:

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in web development, with expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in WordPress or other CMS platforms, including theme and plugin customization.
• Experience with website performance optimization, including image compression and lazy loading.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git and web hosting platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO and accessibility standards is a strong plus.
